Hello at 1158 and from the Germany Pavilion of Upcut. We are back again. Today we're

going to go until the rain doesn't allow us to go anymore. We started with the two booths that are in Germany,

which is the Alps and Germany. It's just called Germany. And this was a really

really good start because overall these are fantastic booths that we can recommend.

The only thing that we didn't like was the Bratwurst at the Germany booth.

It served on a pretzel roll with mustard and in the past I liked it so much I gave it a five out of five but today that was not the case it was just dry and bland so you know it could be that if we come back in an hour

It'll be a different experience, but we just have to rate what we were served and that was the case today so

overall those are good booths to focus on they have a great mix of savory and

sweet as well as drinks and in particular the Germany booth has a beer flight and we really liked that it has

three distinctly different beers that we all we liked all of them so I think if you're interested in trying

you know different ones this is a good place to do it so next up we will have

Spain and Italy.

Hello at 12. 37 PM. I'm inside Regal Eagle, so it is a little loud or a lot loud. We just did two booths, Spain and Italy, which are right next to each other. And Spain, we had overall good experience except for the shrimp puyea, which was really one of the worst things we've had in the whole festival.

It's squid-ink rice with shrimp, base gallops, and octopus served with garlic gaily and it was just not good but the

other things including the chakutary, St. Korea and the red wine were fine and

when we move on to the Italy booth if you've been around a while you know we do not like the

Italy booth. In fact I would say we hate the Italy booth every festival. We do not

order the drinks on the menu because they label them things like Proseco,

Muscato, Chianti.

There's no names, no brands, nothing.
