It snuck right up on me that it is Wednesday,

because we had Monday off.

I don't have a lot of off days and I guess I do have Fridays off. I don't have a lot of off days and I guess I do have Friday's also had like a four day weekend and now I'm paying for it on the other side.

But we got a good one set up for you today. I'm going to bring a guest on in just a moment and we're going to be talking about food clubs and food hubs and how you can use that to assert sovereignty in your life over one of the most important things humans do which is choose the food that they consume

And if you've paid attention at all lately there seems to be a hell of a lot of upset people on both sides of this argument.

The corporations that want to control us are angry.

Then people are starting to ask, you know, questions like,

why are we eating food with this industrial toxic ick in it? And why do we have these ingredients in our food that are literally illegal in almost every other modern nation in the world?

They don't like being asked questions like that. They want to

shut up and listen to my experts. And then there's people that are asking

those questions. They're starting to get upset about how hard it is to

actually find affordable food and nutritious healthy food and the right information.

And there is a consorted effort, I believe, by the establishment to keep everybody shopping

at giant stores and buying the chemical food

and spending most of their time in the center of the food store where the food is
