| 1:11.6 | Now, we've talked about a variety of different addictions over the past, you know, few weeks. |
| 1:14.7 | But food addiction is one that it's kind of interesting. |
| 1:33.3 | If you're not in the eating disorder circles, you don't hear a lot about it, which I find to be very frustrating because the co-occurrence of eating disorders or the correlation between eating disorders or food-related issues and addiction are really, really high, like 80%. So if we are not addressing food issues and self-soothing through the use of food, then we are really leaving our clients open to a back door for relapse, if you will. |
