This week I went back home to go just take things slow and spend time with my cat who

is laying with me right now while I'm recording.

And something else this week is I've been really just trying to listen to my mind, body,

soul, heart with whatever

I'm needing at this moment in my life. So really just trying to take time to slow down and

really just listen to my needs. I'm someone who loves to work and I just have a lot of passion

in working and productive. So even if that means me forcing myself to slow down to take time on self-care, then that's what I need to do.

Now on to the current obsessions. My current obsession right now is tofu. I am a tofu girl. I love it. It's

literally one of my favorite sources of protein. And another current obsession right now is yoga pants.

Uh, is that anything new? No, I love a good, flared, waist folded yoga pant. Another current

obsession at the moment is a morning walk. I've been taking morning walks with my mom and it just is such

a great way to start the day off and to really think about your

intentions of the day. Another current obsession for me right now is berry salads. I love adding

strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, golden berries. I forgot the exact name of the berry, but
