Rochelle, I am so excited to hear about your experience trying Charlotte's schedule for 30 days.

What prompted you to do this, by the way? Well, it was in 2020 during the lockdowns. Okay. And we had a cross-country

move. So first we had to get a house ready to sell, pack it up, and then move cross-country. And so I was a mess.

There was no rhythm to my days. And we were, I think, all suffering.

And so I knew that I had to establish a rhythm.

And it was my youngest son's senior year of high school and I really wanted to go out on

And I suppose when everything around you, well, as Charlotte said,

the effort of decision is so hard. And when everything around you is in chaos and change,
