| 0:00.0 | Hello and welcome back to practicing human, the podcast where every day we're |
| 0:04.5 | getting a little better at life. I'm your host, Cory Muscara, and in today's |
| 0:09.2 | episode we're going to talk about following your nose. More to come on that in a |

| 2:20.4 | a knowing for what to do now that is beyond the conditioned thoughts and |
| 2:28.4 | emotions and traumas. And so, you know, these times of confusion, difficult |
