And I sat with that for almost a year.

We always kind of know deep down what we should be doing. And for me,

the realization I had was, I'm a writer. I self-identify and have for almost my whole life as a

writer. But there's one problem. I wasn't writing anything.

Sure. I am an entrepreneur, an executive, and outside of those two roles, I love being a thought leader, and I love

starting dialogue, especially with women, about how we can just lean on one another and continue

to live our best, most fulfilling lives, which is hard.

And one of our top episodes that we had in terms of downloads

was the navigating red flags in the workplace.

And I think a lot of women definitely experience that.
