The reality is, as we launch this show, we started with the data that is out there from

Gallup, and many of you have heard me talk about it, but it's really important if you

haven't heard this data.

That nearly 70% of Americans are disengaged at work, which means that 70% of Americans

on some level are not looking forward to Monday mornings.

Thus, helping you make Mondays great again, we're going to do that because we're going

to help you get excited on Sunday nights because you can't wait to attack Monday morning
