In fact, I look forward to bringing you conversations every single day that hopefully inspire you in your faith walk,

the deep in your understanding of God's word, and that heightens your

awareness of his very real presence in your life. Well, the last time we had Samuel Rodriguez on

this show, he told a story that I'm still thinking about today, and it's a story from

scripture that many of us have read before, but the way he told it still sticks with me.

In fact, I've been in radio for 16 years. I'm doing interviews every single day,

sometimes a couple times a day. So I've interviewed a lot of people. So it's rare when something

stands out to me that I'm still thinking about. But it's when Samuel talked about the story of

Jesus healing the blind man. You know, he spit in the dirt. He made some mud and rubbed it in the man's eyes. And Samuel said, you know, some people

would look at that scene and disgust and say, do you know how much bacteria is in that spit?

But others, with a more redemptive perspective, would lean in, maybe even smile and with hopeful

expectancy and say, do you know whose DNA is in that spit? And he says, friends, we don't just have God spit.

We have his spirit alive in us. And that's what I love about my guest today. He brings a hopeful

prophetic perspective every time we talk. We're talking again. We're revisiting his book. It's so

fantastic. My heart was so encouraged today to open this book back up. It's titled

Your Mess, God's Miracle. The process is temporary. The promise is permanent. Let me tell you about
