everybody's doing great today we've got a topic that we're gonna talk about it has

to do with buying houses but really it's more overcoming obstacles and how

when one thing doesn't work exactly how you have it planned, when you're focused

on that particular thing, you can make the adjustment and move forward versus if you're

focusing on a larger goal and not, you know, really dial into what you need to do to do

the first step.

So if you want to talk about, you know, kind of what you're, what obstacle you're looking

at and where your plan is to overcome it and from there.

Sure.

So my current situation is I'm looking to buy a house, renovate it, and live in it.

And so when I went to the bank to get pre-qualified, they said, okay, this is your cap for the

mortgage loan based on how much your past couple of paychecks

have been, have, have, have, the amounted to.

Like what you were making at the time.

Yeah, what I was making, what I'm making currently.

So with that mind, I went out and looked at all these houses and I found a house.

I'm under contract for the house.

I've got it with renovations, everything budgeted for.
