Intentionally focusing doesn't only involve paying more attention to the goal. It is also avoid the distractions that can hinder your focus. Keep in mind that there are many things that we already give focus to. In some cases you may be shifting your focus. In other situations, you may be increasing it. Continue to keep in mind that you should create an environment that allows you to focus as well. If you're in a space where there will be distractions creates strategies that will help you to stay focused in that situation.
