1:12.5	I think we've been here. All of this talk of recession, not recession, inflation,
1:20.1	not inflation, politics, not politics. It creates a weird world. It does.
1:27.2	How in a weird world can we keep our head clear and focused and not distracted by the nonsense
1:35.6	that's going on in the world? It's interesting. I just saw a survey that said the number one issue
1:39.1	that people feel they're dealing with is focus. That was number one. Number two was mental health.
1:44.5	Interesting. The number one was focus and a ability to focus, a lack of focus. I certainly
1:50.5	understand that, especially when I'm writing a book, which I am right now, I don't find writing
1:57.6	as hard as focus. To write is something that comes easily once I actually have focus.
2:08.5	It's so easy. There's a lot of things that actually war at focus, like distraction.
2:16.7	You can just get distracted by all the meaningless things around you. You have to really begin
2:20.9	to say no. A huge part of being able to get focus is learning how to say no to everything
