You know, Pocoa Poco a little bit a little bit on the journey together. And so we kind of moved up

the release of these podcasts just to sort of respond and hopefully off you a little bit of

encouragement along the way, especially in this particularly difficult time. And again,

I can't emphasize enough how much we the Friars continues to keep really the whole church,

the whole world, you know, prayers, especially those suffering the most at this time. And those

really point themselves out in service and intero exactly. And love our prayers are with you and

no doubt our father who sees what is done in secret. He sees it and he will reward you.

Last the last episode, we talked about we looked at Father Walter Chisic again, who is a Jesuit

priest who was in Siberian, Russian prison camps, labor camps for for over two decades.

And we talked about his his experience of of implementing and continuing to live his Jesuit

orarium or his Jesuit, Jesuit rhythm of life in the midst of like profoundly difficult and disorienting

time in the interrogation camp. And the way in which that's a good reminder for us that having

rhythm and structure to our lives, especially our prayer lives, it's a really helpful, it's really

helpful and can be a place of of orientation and of comfort and of short tea or security in the

midst of an ever changing world. Really, you know, and I just can't emphasize that enough like,
