My name is Bill Mats, joining me live in the Xfinity Mobile Studio.

It is Mr. Flyperbole Steve Jeko. Steve, what a difference

a weekend makes. On Friday, I couldn't have felt better about at least the potential of this

team, the effort we saw, the resilience to kind of withstand, get out ahead of Colorado, withstand the comeback,

and then take it to them the best third period team, the best home team in the NHL.

And then tonight, the opposite.

And okay enough, first 10 minutes, first power play, especially the Mishkov unit,

looks really good. And then for 50 minutes, it just looks like they didn't really try all that

much. Like, that's, that's really what we saw tonight, is it not? Bill, I'm going to have to

talk real slow about this game, because I don't know what to say.

The most entertaining part of my evening was when I accidentally kicked a bunch of my dog's

food down the stairs and I turned around and I went, uh-oh.

And then, you know, like this hockey game was trash.

It was terrible.

I'm angry on behalf of everybody who trudged down to the Xbox in the ice and the snow.

Just it sucks out there.

It's terrible.

And saw that just horrendous hockey game.

They deserve better.
