I am your host Steve Jekoe and I am here today to take a look ahead at your Flyers

week for the week of March 29th.

Ed March, spring is coming, weather's getting nice, hopefully COVID's

getting a little better. I don't think the greatest numbers, the latest numbers were great, but

people are getting vaccinated, and that's good news for everybody. And the flyers ended last

week on a positive note, which was nice. Slamming,

Sammy Morin came through in the clutch with his first NHL goal, and it was a thing of beauty.

And I know I joke quite often about the Morin Mafia and his dedicated fans and

uh, Morin, his main trait being just big.

And I stick by that, but it was a great moment to see him get that.

And he played a good game, too.

I got to admit it.

I will admit when a guy plays a good game, and it was a solid game from Slamyall, as I like to think of him.

And I, of course, am recording from South

Philadelphia, which despite what Mark Friedman, the fried man might be saying, it's not as dirty.

Well, okay, it might be a little dirty, but you know what? South Philly's great. Pittsburgh sucks.
