Then we go into a bizarre set of events that Steve stumbled on. It is a set of random cryptic flyers found in small parts of the United States. They all have phone numbers on them and encourage people to call in with very specific encounters or simply your strange dreams. Thing is their is no information on what is actually going on here and not to mention a few guys on reddit started to really peer down the rabbit hole.
