but we're going to do the best we can.

We have to overcome.

There is adversity in life.

Sometimes you just don't feel well.

Took some NyQuil last night.

Knock most of this out.

But nevertheless, I don't know if we go

the full 90 minutes, we'll see, we'll see. Depends on how I'm feeling, but I hope that you guys

are doing well and far from harm and illness and all they get the things that go along with,

that pestilence, whatever it is, hope that everything in your life is just absolutely peachy.

A lot to talk about today, some rule changes as it affects college athletics.

Of course, some big news from Coach Jeff Labby yesterday in relation to some injury type stuff.

We'll get over that kind of our first segment the show we've got

another open date top 10 list and again we'll kind of embrace some of these rule changes and

kind of explain them because if you're on the go I know many of you are you don't have time

to stop and read a whole lot I mean because reading you know we do 10 stories day at a minimum. Just reading our stuff takes up a lot of your time. So sometimes you need somebody when you've got a little peace and quiet to kind of explain what's happening in college athletics. And here I am. Here I am.
