with me. This evening will be continuing with flower

fables, but before we dive back into our book, let's put the day behind us.

Imagine you are standing at the edge of a small dock on a peaceful lake. The sun is low

in the sky. It's been the perfect summer stay. You can hear the buns of insects just

waking up in the forest behind you, and you can see beautifully coloured dragonflies

flitting about over the lake. You stretch your arms high over your head and roll your shoulders

back. Now take a deep breath in. Notice how fresh the air feels and smells like pine from

the trees around the water's edge. Now exhale entirely. Once more, inhale and exhale.
