I'm really excited and honored to have our special guest, Julia, who comes to us from

the Amazon rainforest of Brazil, to share with us her knowledge and wisdom about flower

essences.

I originally met Julia five years ago and was fortunate enough to receive a craniosacral

treatment as well as a consultation.

And she made me my very own special blend of her Amazonian flower essences.

And I have been continuously working with her essences for about a year and a half.

So can you start off by just letting our viewers know what a flower essence is and what the process is when you make a flower essence?

Yes, sure. So, yeah, the flower essence are very subtle. We make them just, we get the flower,

and we put in the pure water. So the most pure water you can get is like the best for flower essence.

And then we live there with the sunlight. So usually we do very early in the morning.
