Dan, you mentioned the Chilean miners, 33 of them.

They were trapped underground for 69 days back in 2010.

All of them were rescued. Tell us that story. Yeah, we mostly remember that, right? I was a few years ago. And when they came out, remember the brotherhood and the connection that they had? They kept that going even when they didn't think they

were going to be rescued. They had 16 days where they had no idea that they were going to be

saved. And during that time, they were able to sort of stop. The boss took off his white helmet.

They all connected. They created this moment of meaning. And this moment of meaning wasn't about

like relaying information it was

about creating a sense that each individual there was valued and that they were

connected to something bigger in that little moment and preserving that through

rituals through that through little traditions they built like a little

civilization down there and by the time they came out were sort of, no one wanted to go because everyone

was saying, oh, you should go first. You should go first after you. So it was just such a beautiful

example of how, even in the most difficult situations, if you stop and really see the value in other

people and then connect to something bigger, that is that moment where meaning gets created, energy,

connection, that's where flourishing begins.

And they made a movie of it called the 33, didn't they?
