We're standing in a field of rye and it is just the most beautiful crop to look at,

especially at this time of year when it's headed up, blue-gray, green-gray. It's impossible to describe the range of colours.

It's a rare sight these days to see a field of cereal as tall as this.

And when the wind blows and the sun shines, it absolutely dances in the most

amuring way. It's an amazing experience because here we are standing and surrounding us at

eye level, all these ears of the rye dancing around all in their

own independent way creating this effect like we're sinking under a sea of rye.

And I think that this attribute of grain

is capable of nourishing us in an important way
