Well, thanks for hopping on.

I know it was that we had to adjust some plans a little bit. Robert usually joins me or he did last year for the first time. And then he's a little under the weather. But we're going to break it down right here anyway. Absolutely. Yeah. It was a surprise to me as of a couple hours ago. But it was a pleasant one at that. I'm glad to be here. Yeah, first of all, just thanks for being flexible.

We all know how this podcast thing works, so you never know what you're getting into.

Absolutely.

Well, so exciting season so far for Texas A now. I mean, number five in the country probably

had some high expectations,

but number five so soon in the season might be a surprise. I think it is. And I think I think more

so due to everyone that maybe started out in front of A&M. I'm thinking of, you know, LSU,

you know, even teams like Alabama and Georgia have a loss each.

You know, there's been a lot of chaos.

And, you know, I think even with the, with Notre Dame, you know, dropping the first game of the year to Miami,

us being able to go up there and win was still a pretty big deal for us to get, you know,

a win against a team like that on the road and so early in the year. But yeah, we did have, you know, I think most of our fan base just wanted to take the next step. You know, we had eight last year. We want to be, you know, at least at nine. And kind of as the season goes on, you're like, okay, the way it plays out, it could be more than that.

And obviously, I don't think any of us thought we'd be here at number five
