Good morning y'all and welcome to another edition of the Noel cast. I am Bud Elliot and it is the

morning of the Orange Bowl. I wanted to make sure I got this out to you. Had a lot of

underarmored game stuff to take care of yesterday.

All right four o'clock orange bowl just doesn't feel right to me anyway.

The orange bowl traditionally is a nighttime ball game, but for whatever reason this year, they are not playing it at night. They have to move it up to 4 o'clock, which I kind of think stinks but whatever they're gonna have well

oh that's right we have NFL games and NFL is much bit much bigger than

college football.

Florida State and Georgia in this one.

A matchup that I would otherwise be just absolutely thrilled to see,

especially because as Graham has talked about before the chance that the game

against Georgia gets cancelled at some point that one of the future games you know is

certainly always looms.

So I'm just not super pumped about the totality of this matchup,

mainly because the College Ball Playoff Committee, in my opinion, screwed FSU.

Now, I've said many times, I don't think that the version of FSU had a real shot to win the title without Jordan Trapp's.

However, I do think that it robbed the Knowles of an opportunity to be recognized for their efforts, for going 13

and 0 in a Power Five conference, for smashing two SEC teams for, you know, beating a million

teams that had a winning record.

This was a damn good Florida State football team and it deserved

to make the playoff.

It deserved the chance to pull off like what a TCU did to Michigan.

It deserved a chance to have happened to it what happened to
