Excited to get into tonight's conversation because something that we're going to devote

almost exclusively to recruiting

conversation the topic of recruiting both. Hopefully this will serve as a nice

little catch-up tool for others. It might even serve as a more informative for some of the kind of

second and third layer conversations that we can have. So excited whenever we

get a chance to talk and we're going to taper

our schedule here a little more to when content is is available and you know at

the same time while having a rather steady presence so probably

expect more weekly episodes of the Noel cast as opposed to the two or three

that were going on in season or at least in regular season, but excited nonetheless to have this conversation and what I always start by thinking Madison Social.
