So, first thing we want to talk to you, talk about tonight is something that a lot of folks

asks about and that is linebacker Terrell Lyons, a red shirt junior, announced today on his

Facebook around lunchtime that he is going to transfer. I had a real nice message,

thanked individually his coaches, Jimo Fisher, the academic support staff,

and really seemed genuine in his appreciation for his time in Tallahassee

and being recruited.

He was not a super highly recruited guy, a player out of First Coast High School who, you know,

the FSU took and they were taking a lot of First Coast guys back in the day and you know he had a up and down career he really wasn't

doing much and then Florida State he was playing safety then Florida State ended up having a lot of linebacker injuries in 2014 and he ended up playing he was actually the kid in the 2014 game who you and I collectively went who wait who is the yeah we thought he was

a walk on for a minute just because he looked so much smaller the linebacker but but

he showed very well at times as a coverage linebacker and then he tore his

a c. l. in week three last year and and that that was that was sad you know because he's a kid who was well liked by the coaches and that that sucks
