0:32.8	The first update surrounds the discarded pizza box in Manhattan that linked Rex Heurman
0:37.7	to the crimes via DNA.
0:40.0	Heurman's defense made a filing that argued that prosecutors had failed to show a direct
0:43.8	connection between the box and the defendant.
0:46.7	The defense said that the DNA could have belonged to someone else, someone else who happened
0:52.2	to be the Long Island serial killer.
0:54.7	The defense was pushing this line in order to try to prevent the prosecution from taking
