Happy New Year indeed. Yeah, 2020 is here. We're here. Yay. It's here. Yeah. And it's like,

it's kind of weird because I feel like it just got here. Like, it's just here. Like, it just feels different. But it's okay. I'm fine with it. It's January. And I like January. This is the time of the year that I call the void. Because I feel like this just, you know, it's just right after all the holidays and all the hustle and bustle and everybody's been so busy and kind of just stressing out, getting things together. Everybody's life has been in chaos, especially that last week of December, you know, between Christmas and New Year's. And now we're in that time where it's like not a lot's going on. It's a really good opportunity. I feel like for me anyway, I try to look at it as a good opportunity to maybe pick up a new hobby or like just kind of focus on something else, you know, something within my own home, a project or something. So yeah, to keep me busy. I love it. So yeah, I like January. I like this time of year. What about you, Melissa? Nice. I do as well. But I do the stupid thing where I'm like busy and then like repaint my bathroom do all those things like the last

week of no I do it before Christmas like all of a sudden I think that's the idea I'm like you know

what I should do I should add more to this so we can't even use this bathroom and that's what I did

so like I know like my husband was like why don't you just wait until after I'm like I don't

know for some reason it's in my head I can't't get it out. I've got to finish it. And so I applaud you for being better with your time management skills. I'm like, let's just do it all. Let's do everything. Yeah. And that was not a great idea. It's finished. So that's always good. But never again until next year. Yeah, no, I think for me the reality

of like all the things I didn't really do in December, you know, you kind of let some things go.

And it's, it's not that you let things go, but it's just that there's a lot of stuff going on.

You know, so it's just everything's always a mess. And so now, you know, you know,

prioritize everything. Yeah. Yeah. So you wake up in January and then you're like, okay, I have to

like do something about like all this chaos I created, you know, over the last 30 days.

I know. I think it's also we had two weeks off, which welcome back. If you're coming back to us,

please, or if you're, please, I'm pleading you now, pleading with you now. But I think there's something with like having just that two weeks where I'm like, I got to get everything done because then it gets, you know, busy again. But yeah, yeah, this time of year, you know, you have new resolutions. That'll come up in our last thing before we go. And it's a good, it's a good time to restart, right? Yeah. Restar.

And I, okay, last thing.

Why are we going on about this?

My bad.

Well, we haven't talked to each other or to the audience for two weeks. I know.

I feel like we get a pass to ramble a little bit at the first episode of the year.

Yeah.

So, yeah, anyway, I'm excited for a new year, even though it doesn't really mean anything. And I think even last year I was like, who cares about a new year? This year I actually kind of care, which is very different in personality for me. I'm proud of you. You've come a long way. It's growth.
