This week marks the 52nd anniversary of Title IX, the federal law prohibiting

sex-based discrimination in federally funded education programs. The 52nd anniversary comes as the Biden administration has

announced changes to Title IX that would directly harm women and girls.

These changes include redefining sex within Title IX to include gender identity and sexual orientation.

Legal experts say that the new rule will allow males who identify as women to compete in girls sports, enter women's lock rooms,

bathrooms, even dormitories.

My colleague Elizabeth Troutman just had a chance to sit down with Florida Education Commissioner

Manny Diaz to discuss how Florida is fighting back against the Biden

administration's reinterpretation of Title IX and how other states can do the same.
