We're starting off our meeting today with some.

They're little books. We've been almost reading this book for

our whole time podcasting it was the greatest six dollars I ever spent it's a

1913 little handbook that I guess people would buy for a girl who was getting married back in the early

1900s just to help her along on her journey and there's a companion publication for husbands.

So Don and I just are wanting to read one a day and we'll talk about it and talk about

how weird it is or how...

Talk about whether it still applies today or whether it might be shrouded in the patriarchal system that was

live and well back then.

It's just fun because we get a lot of comments from an older generation and they just, there's a lot of older people

people. Mainly just Facebook. Yeah like older people who just really really have some

opinions about some things. I think were strange and diving into this book really helps us to see things from their point of view and really it wasn't their fault because someone says it's just what their parents taught them.
