Hi, everybody, This podcast episode being released on October 12th, 2022. I'm Mike Rundleland, and this is my lifelong traveling companion and my bride, Jennifer. Hello, Michael. What a week this is going to be.

It's going to be an extremely busy week.

A big week for us.

And excuse us if we're just a little secretive because we don't want to jinx anything.

But this is the week that we are expected to close on our long sought after Michigan property.

Now, I have to tell you, we have had a lot of challenges trying to find some property.

You know we bought five acres in Tennessee that we've turned into like a little private RV resort.

And we wanted to have something

in Michigan as well.

Well, I got to say we can't find a development like the woodlands where we have our property,

which we call Lobb Lally Ridge, where we have the five acres there in Tennessee.

That's a big development, 5,000 plus acres,

divided up into big multi-acre parcels, many RVers there. They don't have that in most other states,

including Michigan. So it's sold a little differently up here. It is, and we're very happy

that we should be closing on getting 10 acres.

Now, in searching for property in Michigan, we look literally from the Upper Peninsula,

up here, the Lower Peninsula, and we, it's sold mostly in individual parcels. So we checked out some starting back last winter

with snow underground and we found what we wanted. And we don't want to give too many details
