Welcome, welcome, welcome. This is the distraction pieces podcast episode 513 and this is an amazing episode today.

I'm joined by Florence Bark and Reed Amber collectively known as Come Curious. They host a podcast called FUX Given,

which has lucky enough to go on recently. We talk about a little bit about that and Florence has got an amazing

book out called this book will make you feel something. We talk about all those things, but I have to give kind of a content or warning.

Florence and Reed's podcast is a sex. It's going to say sex positive, but just sex themed, I guess. So we're talking a lot about sex, about porn, about sexuality, about relationships, about all of those things.

They're really important things to talk about. As really I mentioned on the podcast, I was excited to go on their podcast and talk about sex a go over there if you want to hear some of that.

But I was also excited to have them on my podcast because I think openness and honesty about sex and sexuality is so important, but it shouldn't be restricted to just podcasts that are about sex if you know what I mean, you know, I think it's better for everyone.

Better for society. The more comfortable we are around sex. And that's not to mean that you have to be into anything that you're not into, but they're comfortable with.

I think is really important and I think it's important for young people to have a broader understanding of the realities of sex rather than simply the mythologies, the school playground talk and things like that.

And I think for grown people as well, you know, it should be a constant learning experience. It's a great learning experience.

But if you could think of all the classes to get stuck in from school for the rest of your life, it's not much of a better one than sex. Now actually sex education at school is a polling, but still there's not a much better subject to continue to learn on and to continue developing a role.

So yeah, that's what we're going to talk about here. As said, I think I talk about it in the podcast. I think both of these women are absolutely fantastic and do really good work. I recommend them both as follows on social media as well as the come curious and facts given content.
