May is off to a very wet start for a lot of this country, from the west to the midwest to the east.

We'll start with the east coast. There have been some flash flooding concerns in places like

Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine after a weekend wash out.

Same deal with parts of New Jersey, New York, and the Washington D.C. area.

And the rain is sticking around in the northeast today, so flood advisories are still in effect.

Further south, there's storm cleanup happening in South Florida,
