Oh, oh, oh, 2019, it is draft day 2019 in the NFL. And I just want to clarify

before we bring on our first and only guest today, I do love the NFL draft.

Just because I may have critical things to say about perhaps E-SPN's presentation or

an NFL network or Melkiper Jr or about the league and how they

cut down trees in Nashville just to set up the stage and whatever.

I do love the NFL draft, even though I find it comical that the so-called

football experts, meaning the GM scouts, owners, team presidents coaches

They make so many mistakes when it comes to picking players and they are sometimes so spectacularly wrong and they overlook all kinds of red flags. And I will mock them for that until they get better, they're going to still be mocked.

It doesn't mean I don't love the draft.

I do, and I love tonight because nobody really knows what's going to happen and that is

fun that is exciting and I'll give you a little stat of the day right now without the music.

11 of the last 12 quarterback selected in the first round.

11 of the last 12 have all been traded up for. So we are entering an age in which if you

want a quarterback in the first round, if he's your guy, you're going to pay to move up to get your guy.

So that's something to think about.
