Summary

Have you ever been in a place where, when asked how you're doing, your tendency was to lead with the stuff that wasn't going well? The negative emotions. The painful circumstances. The things you wish were different. Maybe you're there now. Or maybe you know someone who does this. We all have, especially in the times we're living in.



If we see life through these "glass half empty" lenses, our spouse and kids will feel it. So will everyone else around you.
