| 1:00.5 | Well, I would call it a bit of a year of some turmoil and chaos, I suppose. |
| 1:06.5 | And, and you know, chaos breeds opportunity. |
| 1:09.7 | And the more of the former you have, the more of the latter you get. |
| 1:13.3 | So I think, you know, it's been a year that's going to set people up for some really good things down the line. |
| 1:19.9 | But for some, it's been a bit uncomfortable as any tumultuous year would be. |
| 1:24.9 | So it's certainly has been interesting to watch. |
| 1:27.8 | Would you describe that for both residential and commercial markets or one more than the other? |
| 1:32.9 | I, I think it's actually applicable to both, you know, I think residential markets at the |
| 1:37.6 | beginning of the year, I expected that they would do better than they have. I mean, of course, |
| 1:41.6 | it's all regional, right? But what I've seen kind of on a macro |
| 1:44.9 | level has been a little bit of a slow residential market or slower than I would have expected. |
| 1:50.0 | And commercial was kind of almost non-existent for the first half of the year. It's starting to |
| 1:55.5 | pick up a little bit in the second half, but I think that might even be misguided a little bit. |
