Summary

It is surprisingly easy to start a genocide if you have the instruction manual, the corporate press, a scared populace, and a psychopathic mentality.

There are actually 10 steps, that when followed in a particular order, can result in the desired outcome of creating the conditions in which genocide can arise. This is currently happening on this planet and the public would be horrified to know where we are on the list already.
