Blake Griner of Musk Miners. Blake is the founder of Musk Miners. What is

Musk Miners? Well straight out of the gate if it work this clickbait five but it

has nothing to do with Elon Musk. Musk Miners is a company that

deploys solutions to harness wasted energy from flare gas. Now I think we're

going to talk mostly today with Blake about flare gas in Texas and Louisiana

because that's what they're located specific to the oil and gas industry

where I think a lot of people don't realize this but whenever you're

whenever you're pumping oil there is some natural gas and generally speaking

there's not enough natural gas to make it worth harvesting so as you're

removing oil you're venting gas and it's a significant amount but again it's

not enough to put in like a gas bottling and transport

facilities so what do they do? They burn it off. In fact they're required by

law to burn it off. It's a massive amount of energy and you might be thinking

well why don't you do something with the energy? Good thought! Great thought!

Wonderful thought. Problem is have you been to where this stuff is done?

to where it's needed in a manner that makes it efficient enough

for it not to be a net loss and an unlike government companies don't do
