We're down to the best of the best. We'll resume our Flag Players list from Thursday and find the players we think represent the best value in your fantasy football drafts in 2023. It's no easy thing, as the early/mid rounds of drafts are probably more jumbled and filled with warts than ever before, but we'll pick out the guys we're targeting.
