They're calling it the icy hot bowl on Thursday night football bangles and Steelers.

We'll talk about the Rams absolute decimation of the Jacksonville, Jaguars, Bears, Broncos, Panthers, Chiefs, Nine.

We got lots of football to talk about here today.

Before we get into it all, Matt, Theo, on this glorious Sunday night, how are you guys doing?

Mostly tired, my strength is being tested by the midnight records as usual some days i'm all right

for them other days i drink a whole bunch of coffee and i still don't got it in me and my canker

stores it's still on the tip of my tongue and it still hurts like hell it still hurts exactly

as much as it did the last time we recorded in the time before that. I don't know, man. I mean, I've been eating tubes of aura gel all day, every day. So that's been super hype. I'm not, I'm not, I'm not in a bad mood, but. That's good. I mean, the Panthers won. How could you be in a bad day? The panthers won. The happiest mat day.

Here's the thing.

When I stop having this canker sore, I'll be so appreciative of not having one on the tip of my tongue.

And that level of like perspective will be something you guys lack.

And I'll actually be in a much better mood from that point on.

So the good times are coming right now, you know, there's no rainbows without rain.
