And I was driving through Dunkin' Donuts this morning and something hit me after I did

school drop off, Albert, that I never see you with like a large.

You always have a dunks in the show, but it seems like you're a medium guy.

Are you only a one medium cup of coffee a day guy?

No, I've actually, like, that's actually been my subtle way of cutting back is like I like to have one in the afternoon.

Now, my problem is this Yeti cup because there's a coffee shop here in town that I like. Okay. Right. So I'll fill this all the way up and like nurse it all morning, but then I'll try not to do another one later in the day. So I had gotten to the point where it was like a little out of control. You know what I mean? You had a Mike McCagin like coffee problem.

Huh?

You had a Mike McCagnin like coffee problem. Yeah, it was like I would have like three or four large. And it's just like you, you shouldn't. I don't know like why it's bad for you, but it's got to be bad for you, right? Yeah, it can't be great, you know uh but i like it so much that like like i'm a large a day guy from going out to order uh and then i'm like a because i can nurse

the large like you said i got the i pour the dunks into the yetty the large dunks into the yety and

then you can kind of you know you can babysit it for a couple hours and stays cool in the ice. I'm only ice. Ice only. Yeah. So I will tell you like Tom Curran, who I, you know, have worked, have known for, I've known Tom, so as a teenager. And he would bring a hot coffee out to training camp. I remember when I was covering the Patriots, it'd be like 95 degrees. And there he is with his hot Dunkin' Donuts coffee, never switch over to ice. And then if you ask him about it, he would tell you that ice coffee is not coffee. So I think that take is a little bit like saying like deep dish, like Chicago deep dish pizza isn't really pizza, right?

I mean, I guess it's a similar vibe, right?

Because it's made up of all the same things. But then for some reason, someone will say it's just not.

I mean, ice coffee is absolutely coffee.

It's, it's coffee that's just been chilled.

And if we're, if we're getting into like to pound your chest one stronger than the other ice coffee is way strong. Tom Curran is a Tom Curran is a coffee purist.

I mean this would be something like I've heard it from him a few times.

So I think that this was something that he is like relatively

dug in on. And so, uh, you know, I think I think you could have a good argument with him over it.

I'm happy for anyone to have a take on something. Um, the sports writer like hot cup of shitty
