This is a special live recording on Facebook of an emergency coaching session.

I got a message yesterday from a Flip Your Life community member.

She was hysterical.

She was crying and she was freaking out.

And rightly so, that is the exact response that I would expect.

But I want to welcome on to this live call.

Crystal Harper, hey Crystal. Hi, how are you? I'm good. You good? You okay? Yes, thank you. All right. I'm okay. All right. So I want to, I'm going to let, I told Crystal last night, it's like, calm down, go to sleep. This is a bad problem, but we're going to

overcome it together. And I will, in today's Saturday, it's Saturday about 1 o'clock. And I said, I will, I will, I will go to my office tomorrow and I will jump on a call with you. And we will talk this through this and come up of some kind of solution. So I'm going to let, I'm going to turns over Crystal real quick. She's a little nervous because it's the first time she's ever been live before.

And I'm going to be recording this for the podcast, of course, because I think this is a huge topic and we've got to talk about. And I think a lot of people are going to get some value here.
