"How can we build an email list while we are still finishing course content, website, etc?"

"I have 5500 members on facebook, what strategy should I use to convert them into email subscribers? I have only asked for subscribers once and we got 100. On a typical post, it shows it was seen by 600-750 people and 1300-2000 on live videos. What is a creative way to keep it front of them to continue to get more email subscribers?"

Question Three:

"How much content should be in place on the website before launching the membership? Currently there is plenty of content on social media places, but not much on the website. I have focused my efforts to make up a minimal product as a lead magnet. So how can I launch the membership before writing much or blogging?"

"One of the services you offer FYL members are the member call replays. I really value this and want to offer the same for my community. Will you share exactly how you do it, including the tools you use? Is it just Youtube live and vimeo? How do you get the chat under the live video?"

0:46.7	Sometimes what we'll do, if we're getting ready to go into like, you know,
0:49.6	like head down mode, like grind it out mode, you know,
0:53.0	before the live event, we hosted a live event last month,
0:55.5	Flip Your Life Live, 100 people, massive undertaking, lots of sets. We had a big, huge stage and lights and, you know, two big screens and,
1:02.1	you know, just so many moving parts and probably around, let's see, it was in September,
1:06.2	so go backwards, August, July, probably about June, we really knew we were about to go into
1:12.7	head down mode for the live event. And what I did was I started some ads and I just said,
1:18.9	okay, look, I've got to still promote every day, but I may not be able to write an email every
1:22.9	day. I may not be able to go on YouTube every day. I may not be able to get in the forums every
1:27.3	single day. So how am I going to get in the forums every single day.
1:28.9	So how am I going to manage that? So one of the things that we did this year is we added an extra member call. We used to only do one a month. Now we do two. That lets us connect with you guys every two weeks. No matter what, it's on the schedule. We got an appointment, right? And then another thing it is we started an ad to promote our free trial.
