Feeling overwhelmed and stressed with the load of taking care of her mother and children she went searching online for a community or books with resources of how to cope and find balance in her life. She has created an 8 week action plan to help guide other caregivers in finding balance in their lives. Engagement in your membership is not dictated just by the forum as there will be members who will be satisfied with the content you are providing and being a part of your online community.
