Welcome to the FKN Trip Report Episode 3. This is an ongoing documentation of consciousness exploration, as well as collective insights from fellow psychonauts.

This episode is to help folks have a better understanding as to what my experience is about

and why I personally found that magic mushrooms are a miracle tool for healing, knowledge, spiritual insights,

and even contact with your higher self and spirit guides,

as well as becoming aware of our true selves and remembering our spiritual purpose.

The insights I've gained through these experiences are in no way truth for anyone but myself. It's my own personal

understanding of the information and awareness I've gained through these experiences. My

understanding is perpetually evolving based on my experiences. And I'm sharing so that if you would like to gain understanding,

maybe my experiences can give some insights into how you can explore your consciousness.

I can only speak for myself again. I do not recommend anyone try this unless they have done their own research,

understand the possible effects, positive and negative, and have a positive mindset no matter what

and intention before any experience. Again, do lots of research before you make any decisions in your own.

I personally have done tons of research before I even started growing my own mushrooms

about three, almost four years ago, which I've actually started doing again.

I had already tried mushrooms many times growing up as a stupid teenager in my early 20s,

but never for spiritual or healing purposes before.

The one thing I always make sure to do before any experience is to be in a good heart space and

mindset and planned for about four to five hours of possible incapacitation. As you know, I have

graduated to pretty high heroic doses of six or more grams per experience.

This is definitely not for those that aren't prepared.

The experience can be extremely confusing, terrifying, emotional,

and it is very easy to lose touch with your perceived reality.
