When it comes to food, whether it's wheat, bananas, avocados, strawberries, whatever, go find your farmer, go find your food co-op.

Buy local. It's amazing the impact that can have if everybody does that instead of buying those other products from the other stores.

And I think we have great potential to change the system.

I mean, we believe, I believe, you asked me earlier, I got this, is that by rebuilding

these local food systems, it's one of the best ways to make our communities more healthy,

prosperous, and resilient in the face of things like climate change or other global events.

And so it's a power of buying food holds lots of power.

And I don't think the consumer or most people in this country understand how much power they have to change the system so it benefits them.
