How are you doing? Thanks for having me yeah we are

already friends so it's good to be back on the let's be friends podcast and you know just talk with

you about whatever's going on whatever you want whatever's on your mind so yeah and how might

people know you from online i'd say say it, but I tried in our first

think and I couldn't pronounce it very well. So you do it, girl. I'm sorry, I've been called many things,

but the latest one is on Instagram. You can find me under your favorite wretch, also on Telegram as

your favorite wretch and hopefully relaunching my podcast soon under the

same name. Awesome. I was looking back at the last two times you came on and two years ago,

you came on and you shared your testimony in 2022, which you probably could, will be sort of kind

of sharing your testimony, i guess continued as we

chat now a year ago you were on the show and we talked about the sound of freedom siop so i remember

that things have changed a lot in the last year last two years even since you gave your testimony

what's been going on with you uh i mean, I've been really trying to, you know,

distance myself from a lot of the political and spiritual and spiritual stuff. I found the Orthodox

Church, I think, in September of last year. So it's been a year.

And that really catapulted me into really wanting nothing to do with posting about that stuff anymore and really focusing on all of the outward evil outside of myself because it just made me more aware that I had a lot of work to do on myself first.

So that's kind of what I've been focusing on for the past year.

And I can't believe it's been a year already.

That is crazy.
