I'm going to show you the best way to get at the root cause of those dark circles underneath your

0:05.9

eyes. It's called periorbital dark circles. Now, typically, when you look this up, you're going to see

0:12.9

a million different remedies, okay? And they do work. The problem is the only work temporarily.

0:19.6

You have to keep applying them over and over and over. You can use Kojik acid and you can use

0:26.2

vitamin C, aloe vera, niacinamide, which is a type of B3, or you can even use cucumber extract

1:31.5

signal down to the adrenal when there's perceived stress. And that pituitary hormone is called

1:38.3

ACTH. It hits the adrenal and then the adrenal produces cortisol. When cortisol is produced,

1:45.4

that amount of cortisol that is produced reaches up to the pituitary and tells the pituitary

1:51.6

1:58.4

Now, it just so happens when you go through a period of stress called the chronic stress,

2:03.0

which could include loneliness, losses, or anything to raise your level of cortisol like synthetic

cortisol, prednisone, medications, et cetera. What's going to happen next is your body is going
