Since 2018.

So it's five years of land investing part-time.

He's now getting to the point where he's going to be able to, he's only replaced his income

at his job, his Fortune 500 company, and start, join the retired club club but he's going to be giving back

it's so good to be here and you know when I look back five years ago I didn't think I'd ever be here. And, you know, when I look back five years ago, I didn't think I'd ever be here,

you know, joining as a coach. But I remember where I was when I got the text from you that,

you know, was basically inviting me to be a coach. And I was like, holy crap. I showed the phone to my wife and she was like,

oh my God, it's amazing. Like such a great journey. It's been such, it's been such a great

learning process. The whole business of land investing has changed me in so many ways.

And when I started out, I knew that entrepreneurship would be for me.

And over the five years of just going through, you know, the setbacks, the frustrations,

all those things have made me so much stronger and it made me so much better.
