The first step in the five to thrive methodology is stimulate interest.

And I've broken it down to four simple ways to stimulate interest. The first being the most difficult today because of social distancing, but in person.

In person, we need to stimulate interest and we stimulate interest by asking a series of questions, and I break down the series of questions is simply

what do you like right what are you doing today what do you like about it what don't you like about it? What don't you like about it? Would it help you if? Let's go over that one more time.

We want to make an emotional attachment with someone smile.

This is after social distancing.

But we want to do three things.

We want to make the emotional attachment by saying,

either what are you doing today?

Where are you from?

Something present about them.
