But we've got some even colder weather headed our way. In fact, the temperature

is going to get about as cold as it's ever been in Myrtle Beach in December. And I'm going

to lean into it. I'm going to go out, take the walk, and talk about some benefits of walking in cold weather including one that

might surprise you in fact even delight you five years ago if I were doing this

of the format but in terms of things that I would be talking about

that come from some strong beliefs about walking and some of those beliefs have

changed over the years some have not one of the core beliefs that I have about

walking is that it can change your life.

Believed it then. Believe it now. In fact, I think I believe it even more strongly now. You develop

a habit of walking, a consistent habit of walking, becomes part of your daily routine. I believe

that it will change your life.
